Lavender essential oil is said to have anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antidepressant, antiseptic, antibacterial, and antimicrobial properties, as well as detoxifying, hypotensive, and calming effects.
Rose essential oil is traditionally used in aromatherapy as a calmative to help relieve restlessness due to stress and menstrual pain. With a warm, honey-like but distinctly floral aroma and the highest vibrational frequency of any other plant, rose is the ultimate uplifter. It encourages feelings of self-love and compassion.

Roman Chamomile essential oil is anti-inflammatory, calming and healing.

Use: 1-2 drops in an oil diffuser or oil burner. 1 drop with 10mL of carrier oil for massage.
