Cedarwood essential oil helps to deodorize indoor environments, repel insects, prevent the development of mildew, improve brain activity, relax the body, enhance concentration, decrease hyperactivity, reduce harmful stress, ease tension and clear the mind.

Patchouli essential oil is inhaled and scent receptors in the brain's emotional powerhouse process the smell as grounding and emotionally balancing, allowing the brain and body to relax with the calming down of emotions.

Clove bud essential oil is commonly used to help with endurance and to gain strength when determination and assertiveness are needed. It also aids in improving concentration and stimulating circulation and blood flow, making it a great oil to help get the mind and body moving.

Sandalwood essential oil is both grounding and uplifting. It's used to promote better sleep, and improve focus and memory.
