Rosemary essential oil has significant antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. It also shows important clinical effects on mood, learning, memory, pain, anxiety, and sleep.

Lemon essential oil can fight exhaustion, helps with depression, clears your skin, kills harmful viruses and bacteria, and reduces inflammation.

Use: 1-2 drops in an oil diffuser or oil burner. 1 drop with 10mL of carrier oil for massage.
