Ylang Ylang essential oil soothes stress, anxiety, sadness, tension, and sleeplessness.

Marjoram essential oils calming and comforting properties reduce tension and stress, and even aids in respiratory issues, such as coughs and colds.

Use: 1-2 drops in an oil diffuser or oil burner. 1 drop with 10mL of carrier oil for massage.
