Ylang Ylang essential oil soothes stress, anxiety, sadness, tension, and sleeplessness.

Patchouli essential oil is inhaled and scent receptors in the brain's emotional powerhouse process the smell as grounding and emotionally balancing, allowing the brain and body to relax with the calming down of emotions.

Sandalwood essential oil has been suggested that it makes a great decongestant, emollient, muscle relaxant, sedative, and useful to soften and soothe dry, tired, irritated skin. Used in massage, bath, and blend oil for a relaxing, relieving and meditative experience.
