Let's face it we can all use a little extra self love in our lives. This simple self love ritual can help boost your confidence.
Give yourself some time to complete this ritual. Do it as often as you like.
What you need:
Must have:
- pen
- paper
Added extras:
- Candle/incense
- Crystals (we recommend rose quartz, unakite and clear quartz)
Method:
Set up a comfy, cozy area for yourself. Light up your candles/incense and take a minute to center yourself. if you like having some background noise put on some soothing music. Take three deep breaths. On each exhale imagine your stresses melting away and your muscles relaxing.
Take your piece of paper and write down all the characteristics you admire in people for example, bravery, kindness, passion etc.
No add "I am/I have" infront of each trait and repeat it out loud at least three times.
Take as long as you need. You can chose to keep the paper/burn it whatever you need.
