Lavender essential oil is said to have anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antidepressant, antiseptic, antibacterial, and antimicrobial properties, as well as detoxifying, hypotensive, and calming effects.

Ylang Ylang essential oil soothes stress, anxiety, sadness, tension, and sleeplessness.

Sandalwood essential oil is both grounding and uplifting. It's used to promote better sleep, and improve focus and memory.

Use: 1-2 drops in an oil diffuser or oil burner. 1 drop with 10mL of carrier oil for massage.
